The Benazir Hunarmand Program (BHP) is a new initiative under the Benazir Income Support Programme (BISP) to provide technical and vocational training to deserving individuals. But to join this program, there are some important conditions you must follow.
Benazir Hunarmand Program – Who Can Apply?
Only those who meet the following eligibility criteria can apply Benazir Hunarmand Program:
- Must be registered in the BISP Dynamic Registry
- Minimum education: Matric (10th grade)
- Age limit: 18 to 40 years
- Only one person per family can apply
- Must have a valid CNIC and active mobile number
Note: This is just a registration portal. Submitting the form does not guarantee selection. All applications will be verified, and only eligible candidates will be selected.
Benazir Hunarmand Program – How to Register?
To join the Benazir Hunarmand Program, you can register in two ways:
- Online: Visit the official BHP Portal
- Offline: Go to your nearest Tehsil Office with:
- Original CNIC
- Active mobile number

- Lahore
- Karachi
- Peshawar
- Quetta
- Islamabad
- Rawalpindi
- Gilgit
- Muzaffarabad
